1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "anuspin," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the anuspin platform, its operators, and its parent entities operating under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• "Platform" means the anuspin website at anuspin.net, all associated mobile applications, software, and related services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an eligible individual on the Platform.
• "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and ancillary services provided through the Platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and related content.
• "Funds" means any Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within a player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and anuspin. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and all supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

The Platform is operated and regulated for use within the Philippines. By registering, you represent that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling through a PAGCOR-regulated operator is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of anuspin complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3.3 Additional Restrictions

The following persons are not eligible to hold an anuspin Account:

• Persons who are employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of anuspin or its affiliated operators;
• Persons who have been self-excluded or excluded by anuspin from using the Platform;
• Persons whose accounts have been previously terminated by anuspin for breach of these Terms;
• Persons who have been placed on PAGCOR's exclusion register or any equivalent regulatory exclusion list.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the anuspin Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If anuspin identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended, all bonus credits forfeited, and account balances subject to investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during and following registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and contact details. anuspin may request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, anuspin requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine National ID, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, Passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash or Maya account screenshot).

anuspin reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied. Failure to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request may result in the return of funds to the original deposit source.

4.4 Account Currency

All anuspin accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. No currency conversion is applied.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your anuspin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.

anuspin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from anuspin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify anuspin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. anuspin shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

anuspin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's full legal name.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the anuspin cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are always displayed within your account dashboard before you initiate a transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements. anuspin aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed on the cashier page. 6.4 Third-Party Payments

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the anuspin Platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, anuspin reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate the account.

7.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be limited by geography, account history, or player segment. anuspin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by players acting in good faith.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on anuspin are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's interface. For sports betting, the rules of the relevant sporting body apply alongside anuspin's sportsbook rules.

anuspin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or where the bet was accepted at incorrect odds due to a manifest error. Where a void is applied, the original stake is returned to the player's account. anuspin will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a voided bet.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted are binding, subject to the provisions of these Terms & Conditions. anuspin does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the anuspin Platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement or PAGCOR:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Cheating, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such instance must be reported to anuspin support immediately;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Engaging in offensive, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward anuspin staff or other players via any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the anuspin Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the property of anuspin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from anuspin.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, anuspin and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond anuspin's reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, natural disasters, or regulatory actions);
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are subject to manifest error corrections as provided in these Terms.

In all cases, anuspin's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your anuspin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Responsible Gaming

anuspin is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations as a PAGCOR-regulated operator seriously in this regard.

13. Account Closure & Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your anuspin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

13.2 Termination by anuspin

anuspin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, anuspin reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, bonus funds and any winnings derived from fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not tainted by fraud will be returned to the player following the conclusion of the investigation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

anuspin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification or prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of material changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the anuspin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with anuspin informally by contacting our support team. anuspin is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, PAGCOR's player dispute resolution procedures may be invoked where applicable under their regulatory framework.
